Tips to help you sleep
Have you feel that you can't sleep? and you forced yourself to sleep. Here are the tips that help you sleep.
tips 1 record the voice
choose a lecturer or teacher that you think they are boring while they teaching. Record it. But you need to ask the permission 1st. After record it, you play it and listen. It will help you sleep when you can't sleep. Try it.
tips 2 study or reading
Studying is the one of the way to help you sleep especially history. Studying or reading a history book may help you sleep. Its better than a sleeping aid, also you can increase your knowledge( its depend what books you choose). Just choose any books that you think is bored to you maybe economic or others. It can also improve your reading skills. For student, try studying or do revision before you sleep, it will have a little helpful in your memory.
tips 3 silence and dark
make sure that your room is dark enough without a little light and quiet and silence. No noise. It will help you fast asleep too and try not thinking. just close your eyes and sleep.

Absolutely! Cause children spend 8-10 hours for night sleeping. Its very important that they receive the proper support with the appropriate pillow. You can ask us to design a pillow to support children's neck and spinal alignment while they sleep, its will help them to ensure a healthier future.
Do the pillow come with pillow case?
They are not included in our pillows. Sorry about that.
Can you wash your pillow?
its depend on which type of pillow you owned because some pillow can't be washed so read the care label on your pillow 1st. For example, you can't put foam pillow into washing machine, you can just remove the cover and wash it. If down pillow, it can be washed.

How to choose your pillow for education purpose only
If you like to sleep mostly all the time when you free. Choosing a right pillow may help you sleep better and have a better bed time and nap time. If you have choosing the wrong pillow, you may suffer when you sleep.
Tips 1
What is your sleeping style?
the most important factor that you choose a pillow its depend on what sleeping style that you have.
1) If you sleep on you front you are a tummy sleeper then you should choose a softer pillow. Down pillow is suitable for this type of sleeper.
2) If you sleep on your back you are a back sleeper. A medium thickness pillow like medium Synthetic pillow.
3) If you sleep on your side you are a aside sleeper. Then you should choose medium high thickness pillow such as memory foam pillow.
4) If you sometimes sleep on front, seldom sleep on back or sleep aside, you are a mixed sleeper. Choose a medium thickness pillow like number 2. Medium synthetic pillow or high fill down pillow.
