Tips to help you sleep
Have you feel that you can't sleep? and you forced yourself to sleep. Here are the tips that help you sleep.
tips 1 record the voice
choose a lecturer or teacher that you think they are boring while they teaching. Record it. But you need to ask the permission 1st. After record it, you play it and listen. It will help you sleep when you can't sleep. Try it.
tips 2 study or reading
Studying is the one of the way to help you sleep especially history. Studying or reading a history book may help you sleep. Its better than a sleeping aid, also you can increase your knowledge( its depend what books you choose). Just choose any books that you think is bored to you maybe economic or others. It can also improve your reading skills. For student, try studying or do revision before you sleep, it will have a little helpful in your memory.
tips 3 silence and dark
make sure that your room is dark enough without a little light and quiet and silence. No noise. It will help you fast asleep too and try not thinking. just close your eyes and sleep.
