                                                             1.Feather Pillow
Of course it is made by feather.Feather are nature's natural spring,its provide a high level of support.The best feather pillow are the ones that use very small highly curled feathers. Usually inexpensive and soft. (Not suitable for allergy sufferers) 
2.Memory Foam Pillow
This pillow is comfort product. The product self-adjusts to body contours and reduces pressure on sensitive areas. This pillow is able to reduce tossing and turning. They are a bit pricey and not for everyone because its not very ventilation. You will easily feel hot when you sleep longer.

Besides pillow also can used to a pillow fight. Pillow fight is a common game mostly played by children, but nowadays its also played by teenagers and adults.Mostly, a pillow fight start before sleeping , they play a pillow fight war. 
After playing, they will feel tired and easily to sleep. pillow fight also help people easily to sleep.For example, you go to a trip with your friends, and you can't sleep with different bed or pillow.(cause mostly people like their own pillow or bed that have a special power to let them sleep.) If you can't sleep with a different place , why don't you start a pillow fight.

Sleep is important to us.A healthy life can't be formed without sleep.
So why don't you finish your work early and start sleeping early.
If a person not enough sleep, he will be stressful and exhausted. Also it will cause you blur mind.If you are a student please sleep almost 8hours to have a good mind in your study.

Why you can't sleep?
The reason that you can't sleep is your room isn't dark enough.When you sleep while open the light, your brain will think its time to wake up and make you can't sleep. So better turn off all the lights when you sleep.
The next reason is your room temperature is too warm.Your body and brain want to cool down when you sleep. So let your room don't be so hot .But also don't let your room so cold, because that will disrupt your sleep.
Besides that, better don't drinking coffee before you sleep.The average of caffeine is 5hours so better drink it early.

3.yearner/reacher:

This type sleeping position is similar to the foetus , but the legs is straight. This type of people open to new things on one hand but on the other hand , they are also found to be suspicious and cynical. They are slowly to make up their mind.
4.Soldier:
This Soldier sleepers are found to be calm and aloof. This type of sleepers like keeping to themselves and do not see much point in making a big deal.They can also be tough taskmasters,setting very high standards.

Different people have different sleeping style or sleeping post.Our sleeping style will show our personality. Here are some sleeping style. 
               1.Fetal/foetus:
This position is most common sleeping style. Based on research show that this type of people show strong and sturdy in first impression but introverted and sensitive at heart when you known them.In addition, this type of people usually take time to open up to others but when they do they are relaxed and comfortable.However, if you are this sleeping position to the left side you may be experiencing increasing stress on your vital organs such as the heart , the liver, the lungs. So, if you are this type sleeping position try to move to right side of your body.
2.log:
log sleepers mostly to be more sociable and even-tempered people. They are also called social butterflies. This type of people also very trusted. This type of people are also very belived other people.So they will easily cheat from others.

Dream
Dream is the friends of sleep . some people sleeping will dreaming . When you sleep , our subconscious mind will come out and go around ,has some fun. So that's why we seldom dreaming. I think everyone do dream in night while sleeping . Some dreams are very good but some are vary funny but many of them are very dreadful . If we dreaming while asleep is show that its not a good night sleep. When you wake up you will feel more tired . 
Based on research human beings dream , and so do , scientists believe, most mammals and some birds. On the most basic level, a dream is the experience you have of envisioned images, sounds or other sensation while you sleep. They are an internal mental process.But dreams are actually much more than that. 
What are nightmare?
Nightmare are vividly realistic, disturbing dreams. There can be a number of psychological triggers that cause nightmares. For example, anxiety and depression can cause nightmares.

Today gonna talk about sleep disorder .One of the sleep disorder is sleep talking (quite a bit normal) I think most of the people know sleep talking is a man is talking while asleep. All of us using conscious mind when we are awake , when we asleep our conscious mind will be rest .So our subconscious mind will come out. that's why we are talking while sleeping.


Some seriously will sleepwalking. But when he awake he don't know he is walking while he asleep, he will feel more tire when he wake up. The cause that sleepwalking is the man drunk before sleep , feeling stressful,depression ,anxiety or fatigue. Those will cause u sleepwalking(not 100% will cause you sleepwalking , its depends on your body health,different people different body health) P.S: don't take it too serious.
In general , no treatment is necessary.However , the best way is Relaxation treatment or go see a Psychologist.
