The reason that you can't sleep is your room isn't dark enough.When you sleep while open the light, your brain will think its time to wake up and make you can't sleep. So better turn off all the lights when you sleep.
The next reason is your room temperature is too warm.Your body and brain want to cool down when you sleep. So let your room don't be so hot .But also don't let your room so cold, because that will disrupt your sleep.
Besides that, better don't drinking coffee before you sleep.The average of caffeine is 5hours so better drink it early.
